Options for wedding photos are: CD of images from which you can arrange printing yourself, printed photos, a Momento Album, or a Queensberry album. Please fill in the boxes / questions below which apply to your what you have been quoted for.

All clients are to complete sections 1, 2 and 3.

Please note:

Time guide for assignment completion:

  • DVD of high resolution image will be provided within four weeks of the wedding date.
  • Momento or Queensberry Album draft layout will be provided within four weeks of the wedding date. The finished album will be complete within four weeks of receiving the signed off draft layout (unless there are delays at the Momento or Queensberry end (NB time of year).

Final Payment:

  • Final payment is due when printed photos or DVD of images are received by the client.
  • In situations where there is a delay in clients signing off the draft for a Momento or Queensberry album, payment is to be made within eight weeks of the wedding date.

A copy of all RAW images is kept be Vision Photography and Design in case a client requests a different photo effect from that provided the DVD.

It is highly recommended that clients backup their DVD and keep the backup in a different location from the original DVD. Vision Photography & Design will keep a backup of your RAW and edited images for one year.
